Reservations are accepted based on a first-come, first-serve basis, on availability of space and event service requirements. Availability of preferred dates and facility can be determined through the Event Management at 706-272-4493 or by email to [email protected].

The following are required for the reservation of Dalton State College facilities by guest groups:

License Agreement/Permit signed and initialed on behalf of the organization making the reservation and initialed, signed and approved by Dalton State College. This document will be supplied by the Event Management Coordinator.

Certificate of Liability Insurance made out to Dalton State as the Certificate Holder in the amount of a minimum of $1 million per occurrence with an umbrella policy of $2 million per occurrence for a total $3 million in coverage per occurrence.

If the proposed event is for or may be attended by minors, those under 18 years of age, compliance with the Dalton State Minors on Campus policy is required. The policy may be located at http://40cr13.com/about/safety-risk-management.cms

Proof of non-profit status if applicable.

All requests for Dalton State College facility usage must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event and made online using the Faculty/Staff Facility Request Form (internal users) or the Guest User Form (external users).

Room Setup Drawings for Eddie Miller Room and Brown 105 only

The amount of time requested for rental must include time for presentation setup, catering, and any decoration of the room(s) by the requesting guest or by outside vendors.

After the request is received, the reservation is held in pending status until receipt of the required paperwork outlined above. When in pending status, the facilities are held for the event reservation.
